There are over 200 banks offering mortgages in Spain.

With so many potential lenders, it can be difficult if not impossible for foreigners to find the best deals on the market.

It is highly recommended that you use a reliable mortgage broker who can shop around to find you the best mortgage deal. Some of the brokers may specialise in difficult to get mortgages, have relationships in place with many banks and more importantly, can speak the language and negotiate any potential barriers or obstacles.
